However, when children are coming to play indoors, from temperatures outside that are below freezing, is is appalling to have no heating on. It is a shame, as the venue looks like it could be great. Out of all the the attractions we have ever visited, this was undoubtedly the worst experience and is the only time I have ever felt compelled to write a trip advisor.
